NICK PERRY
Born and raised in Joplin, MO, Nick has navigated an ever-changing and evolving career path that has taken him down varied artistic avenues along the way. His experience across multiple creative outlets, styles and mediums allows him to lend a unique point of view when bringing amazing experiences and designs to life.
Nick received his BFA from Millikin University and joined the national tour of Saturday Night Fever straight from his senior year of college. After travelling with the show for 9 months, he helped set the production at the Sahara Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. As dance captain, he was charged with maintaining the integrity of the show's demanding choreography for the entire run. During this period, Nick discovered a natural talent for highly-stylized portrait photography while he began to hone and sharpen his skills in Adobe Photoshop.
After Las Vegas, Nick returned to NYC where he became an event producer for AWESTRUCK Marketing Group. After several years of producing events, he relocated to Los Angeles to choreograph and provide artistic direction for various work ranging from music videos, corporate industrials, events, burlesque, musical theatre and more.

After two years in LA, AWESTRUCK Marketing Group brought Nick back to NYC and he became the full-time Art Director for the agency. Working with the creative team, he helped bring award-winning experiential and event marketing campaigns to life for clients including Samsung, VH1, MTV, CBS, ABC, Disney, eBay, Kimberly-Clark, Dr. Pepper/Snapple, FOX, FX, HBO, Comedy Central, The National Geographic Channel and many, many more. During these years, Nick developed a unique creative style, design capabilities and innovate creative thinking, garnering millions of dollars of revenue and repeat client business for the agency.
In 2015, Nick began a new endeavor and became a full-time freelance artist, helping with creative direction, art direction and design for companies across the US. He currently supplies his talents to creative direction of new campaigns and experiences; print, web and digital design; graphic design; start-up logo and branding design; event design; consultation; and pretty much anything else he can get his hands on.
Nick is just beginning to create theatrical set and production designs in Chicago. Most recently with Stage Door Fine Arts, he designed the highly-praised productions of Bye Bye Birdie and Carrie the Musical at Stage 773.
Nick currently lives in Chicago, IL with his amazing dog, Harley.
